The punchline is that NDAs are usually pretty fragile and difficult to enforce. At their most practical they stop you from talking about something while it's happening/you are involved. The more months go by, the less likely a court is to uphold an NDA.

She doesn't work for them, she's not under any kind of contract, they have zero legal power over her for any information they might have given her. You can't sue someone for leaking sensitive information if you gave them that information and didn't do anything to ensure the other party was liable for the privacy of said information.

Of course. From the bits that they all talk about: 1. Sakana took a BIG risk hiring Pippa. Look at what recently happened at OffKai. Something similar could have happened earlier 2. It sounds like the contract terms were very generous for corporate vtubing, hence why they all thought it was a scam at first. 3.Sakana gives them a lot more freedom than most agencies to do the kind of content they like. 4. He seems to try to genuinely try to support their wellbeing as people, not just talents. Things like paying for some of their gym memberships, letting them use the managers as therapists, not hiring Rinmama because that would make it awkward for Lia at home, etc is not something you would see at other agencies.

In the Corpa world, interviewing with a competing company is pretty normal in most cases, as a tactic to see what other companies are paying, and either change jobs, or use it as a negotiating tactic to get your company to raise your pay, in order for pay to be competitive. As mentioned with the NDA, you wouldn't tell them confidential info.

Pretty sure Pippa is on the niji blacklist, also they would have most definitely made her sign an nda. Probably a smaller inexperienced company tbh

Someone else suggested Idol, which makes sense, if they were trying to capitalize on her friendship with Lisa.

I doubt it is Niji. Hololive can take their pick, they don't need to hunt... Idol I dunno, maybe... Or some other fly-by-night new operator aiming low enough...
