Looks amazing in style AND gameplay!! Pipsqueak remind me of the book Tales of Despereaux. I JUST WISH some the background elements were toned down in saturation or somehow given a little more depth. Would be a nice effect and help with seeing the action/foreground better. CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS TO RELEASE!!

This pixel art reminds me SO much of the Nitrome games, with not-too-chunky pixels and animations being in the same pixel range as the idle and moving sprites. I'm not for the more intense parkour platformer stuff like Hollow Knight, but i guess this feels more at home to me. Good luck on making your game! Already looks great and smooth-yet-classic so far.

Lots of great ideas just in this trailer alone, I was getting some hollow knight vibes with the mechanics but you guys did a great job on expanding that I think

Feels terrible to say, but there are so many games with amazing pixel graphics and metroidvania/hollow knight elements nowadays that i feel this needed something a bit more unique to really have a shot.

I always watch these trailers with trepidation. I was relieved to see this was not a soulslike. Definitely gonna grab this on day one.
