Johnny Depp returns to his iconic role of Captain Jack Sparrow in an action-packed adventure. Crossing paths with the enigmatic Angelica (Penélope Cruz), he's not sure if it's love-or if she's a ruthless con artist who's using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the "Queen Anne's Revenge," the ship of the legendary pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn't know whom to fear more: Blackbeard or Angelica, with whom he shares a mysterious past. The international cast includes franchise vets Geoffrey Rush as the vengeful Captain Hector Barbossa and Kevin R. Barbossa is the one person I want delivering speeches to sailors on a warship xD His peg leg apparently has a bottle of rum and a glass in it, by the way, so hes still epic.

EVERYONE ON THAT SHIP IS DOOOMED!!! true i havent seen the movie yet but from the first 3 that passed i cant already tell that, although barbossa is a hell of a fighter, navigator and all around pirate AS A CAPTAIN EVERY DESCISION HE MAKES ULTIMATELY FAILS AND ENDS HORRIBLY!!

It strikes me that Hector Barbossa doesn't say "No", but he says "Nee". "Nee" is the Dutch word for "No".

@CoDNation Really? But at the end of the last movie, Barbossa presents his crew with the chart of the Fountain of Youth, well, what's left of it. And in this movie they go looking for it... How can it be a sequel before then?

The pronunciation is exactly the same. The Dutch word for No, "Nee", must be pronounced as "Nay". :-D

@Southparkisfun Barbossa gave up his piracy and joined the kings royal navy, because (geoffrey rush quoted) "They had the best retirement fund you could ask for' also notice he has a peg leg that was given to him by none other then the captain of The Queen Anne's Revenge. Blackbeard.

@sanjarmukhammedov95 blackbeard stole it from him and shrunk it and put it in a bottle... he did this rope thing with the crew like he did in the other clip and that's why barbossa's missing a leg (he cut it off) they'll get the pearl back don't worry and the crew is still alive... you have to see the movie to understand it completely

Glad this scene wasn't completely ripped, but it's way worse...my script wasn't bought, but ideas from it were used. In mine Jack and/or other characters fall asleep on the wrong ship, sneak around during the speech(intercut) and get shocked by where they are. The speech wakes them up and is how they know what ship they're on...if directing/editing I'd want that intercut with the speech for pacing, tension as they try to hide/get off ship.-Chris Harmason aka Chris Armisen
