Someone said that these ghosts look like when they died, For example Salazar's hair looks weightless like he "died underwater", the other guy is missing half of his head. Im not sure if this is the real reason, but it looks amazing.

It's the most logical conclusion. At first I thought it was the kid from "Stranger Tides" - the one who had feelings for that mermaid - except I couldn't remember what he looked like. I went to this movie and found what looks to be the actor here playing a character named "Henry" and he wasn't listed for the previous installment... Plus it makes sense. Orlando and Keira didn't want to do the fourth one, but Orlando has come back for this one. It would be the next logical step to bring in his son that is shown at the very end of the third movie. Plus since his mom, dad, and Jack are all friends he would have heard plenty about him but never met him. Including their son could make it interesting - it worked well with Will and Bootstrap Bill.

Double checked and Will's father won't be in it it seems - could have been interesting to have three generations of Turners. But Barbossa is coming back. And for some fucking strange reason Paul McCartney is listed under "Cast" but with no character name attached. Could be a glorified cameo of sorts like they did with Keith Richards playing Jack's dad.
