I can barely imagine the challenges that come with translating rock/metal songs to harp with no backtracking or multi-tracking, I admire the skill. But it was also nice to hear a more orchestral piece (and I imagine more harp-friendly) played so beautifully on harps. And the video production, location, and costumes were beautiful. Have you done any tracks from the Braveheart soundtracks? Ever consider it - I imagine it would sound bittersweet. But what do I know about harp playing? Nada.

Dear Camile and Kennerly! This adaptation of the Pirates of the Carabien song is original and faboulus. I really enjoy the fact that you changed the pace, it makes outstand, while keeping the same vibe as the master version. I wish both of you that you keep evolving and better! We love the challenge of arranging music for only our two harp parts that was originally played by an entire orchestra or rock group - using no backtrack, harp overlays, loops, etc. *It would be easier for us to post a literal cover of playing over a backtrack*, but we do not want to create a duplicate of something that already exists. Instead, we hope put our own spin on the song and create an arrangement that brings something new and different to a song that has already been done. Jeremy Martin ~ Thank you so much for the lovely compliment and encouragement! You make our hearts smile because we love the challenge of arranging music for only our two harp parts that was originally played by an entire rock group, or orchestra - using no backtrack, harp overlays, loops, etc. It would be easier for us to post a literal cover of playing over a backtrack, but we do not want to create a duplicate of something that already exists. Instead, we hope to create an arrangement that brings something new and different to a song that has already been done. Thank you again for your kind words! Blessings, x2

+Jeremy Martin ~ We are classically trained in harp and piano and have Bachelors degrees in harp performance from a Conservatory of music. We began studying in middle school (about age 12). The mother of a friend was a harpist, and the sister of another friend was also a harpist. We were drawn to the harp and begged our Mom for a harp. In our case our mom could not afford a harp. We were already learning piano - on a keyboard because we couldn’t afford a piano and that was all she could manage. So, we earned the money for our first harps by babysitting, dog-walking, office filing, collating at a print shop, etc. They were used (pre-owned) acoustic lever harps. We later sold our first harps to contribute to the cost of our acoustic concert grand (orchestral) harps that we needed for our classical university training. You can see one of our concert grand orchestral harps in ONE (Metallica) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gM5_m6qZ1pbJZWg.html We also worked to put ourselves through University and Conservatory. We have been gigging duet harpists as soon as someone would hire us (beginning in high school). After graduating we saved for these harps and now we perform concerts on both acoustic and electric harps. Performing on our Harps is our passion, our heart, our life. :) :) This video was shot by the amazing Adrian Zaw, a talented photographer with drones (info in the drop down Show More under the video) who gave us a copy of his footage. We edited Adrian's footage to created this video. As fully independent artists, we still do not have the resources to hire anyone for anything. 75 of our 79 videos 100% are self-made samples of music we arranged ourselves for performances - Only our 2 harp parts - but No backtrack, harp overlays, loops, studio, label, management, videographer, or crew. You Girls are amazing! I couldn't even imagine some of the songs you have covered could sound so good on harp. This one is my favorite. I love the locations and costumes too. Great effort by both of you. Keep up the good work
