You just said it, right there. The rest of the treasures on the ship (including the stuff that was in Ponce De Leon's captain's cabin) were probably gathered by his crew, as well as Leon himself. The map, however, is in all likelihood, the one thing that Ponce De Leon could truly call his own, because he probably drew it himself while he was alive.

I view On Stranger Tides as couples therapy for Jack and Barbossa. Seeing that they have a common enemy, they join forces. Barbossa learns about Jack's abilities to escape, and Jack understands Barbossa's feelings about not being the master of his own fate. There will always be tension due to a history of death and mutiny, butI believe that both can forgive eachother and finally go their seperate ways. One on the Black Pearl, and the other on the Queen Anne's Revenge

Looking back, I realize something about this scene: whoever the Spanish sent to get the chalices had to have also found out about how precariously the ship was balanced, and then put the rocks in the chest as a counterweight, and THEN slid it back under the bed and bugged out (while somehow leaving the ship balanced & sitting level) before Barbossa got there (ahead of Jack).

Kedves Myst Mizt Myzt!

The first time I ever heard of Ponce de Leon was it Nutty Professor when Sherman was talking about how Ponce de Leon search his whole life for the Fountain of Youth and Sherman believes that they made today complete his journey I guess Sherman wasn't the only one who got close to discovering the Fountain of Youth the only other person who saw the fountain of youth at its works and what a truly does is Jack Sparrow while the fountain itself was destroyed by the Spanish Royal Navy which I thought was great because the leader of a Spanish Royal Navy who is actually a prince tells everyone that he does not wish to be immortal even King George Augustus who was the King of Great Britain and Ireland had his assumption that the great Catholic Prince wanted eternal life but as it turns out he told the Pirates and the English Royal Navy that only God can grant eternal life not Pagan water because people who want to search for the Fountain of Youth are only seeking for what only fate can provide I'm also glad that Indiana Jones did not discover this place because some things in this world we are not meant to discover but to learn and learn from people's mistakes to become a greater archaeologists is only to learn not to take away from what is on sacred grounds
