Watch as our Chef Kimberly & Erika create a delicious Holidays-inspired meal all done on the Kalamazoo grill. Outdoor cooking like you never imagined is possible when you use Kalamazoo's line of outdoor cooking appliances. Kalamazoo makes outdoor cooking equipment that is second-to-none, and our Chef Kimberly really knows how to make the most of that. With Erika's help, she uses the Kalamazoo grill to roast/smoke a pork loin on the rotisserie, make sweet potato "bouquets", and a chocolate pecan pie. They also use the Pizza Oven to Pizza Oven to make an easy appetizer of Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with Boursin herbed cheese and to bake Parker House rolls from scratch. The meal:
Smoked mustard pork loin with a brown sugar glaze roasted on the rotisserie and served with apple chutney also made on the grill.
Sweet potatoes, thinly sliced for presentation, roasted on the grill, and served with a buttermilk puree.
Smoked chocolate and pecan pie baked in the grill along side the pork loin.
