INGREDIENTS:
Some garlic
Some coriander leaves
Few curry leaves
Small piece of ginger
Few cashew
1 chilli
1 cup rice
1.5 cup water
Salt
2 tb oil
1 ts ghee
Whole spices
2 ts chilli powder
1 ts coriander powder
1/2 ts garam masala
1/4 ts turmeric powder
1 onion
2 tomato
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
சில பூண்டு
சில கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்
சில கறிவேப்பிலை
சிறிய துண்டு இஞ்சி
கொஞ்சம் முந்திரி
1 மிளகாய்
1 கப் அரிசி
1.5 கப் தண்ணீர்
உப்பு
2 டீஸ்பூன் எண்ணெய்
1 ts நெய்
முழு மசாலா
2 ts மிளகாய் தூள்
1 ts கொத்தமல்லி தூள்
1/2 ts கரம் மசாலா
1/4 ts மஞ்சள் தூள்
1 வெங்காயம்
2 தக்காளி
Recipes:
In a mixi put all ingredients for masala paste and grind into fine paste. Keep aside. Wash the rice and soak for 30 minutes. In a cooker add oil and Ghee. Add whole spices and mix well. Add onion and saute. Add ground paste and cook until raw smell gone. Add tomato, coriander leaves and mix well. Cook until tomato gets mashed. Now add all masala powders and mix well. Add water and let it boil. Then add soaked rice and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for 2 whistles on high flame. Now wait until pressure released automatically. Tasty tomato rice ready.
சமையல்:
ஒரு மிக்ஸியில் மசாலா பேஸ்ட்டிற்கு தேவையான அனைத்து பொருட்களையும் போட்டு நன்றாக விழுதாக அரைக்கவும். ஒதுக்கி வைக்கவும். அரிசியைக் கழுவி 30 நிமிடம் ஊற வைக்கவும். குக்கரில் எண்ணெய் மற்றும் நெய் சேர்க்கவும். முழு மசாலாவை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். வெங்காயம் சேர்த்து வதக்கவும். அரைத்த விழுதைச் சேர்த்து பச்சை வாசனை போகும் வரை சமைக்கவும். தக்காளி, கொத்தமல்லி தழை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். தக்காளி மசியும் வரை சமைக்கவும். இப்போது அனைத்து மசாலா தூள்களையும் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கொதிக்க விடவும். பிறகு ஊறவைத்த அரிசியை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். 2 நிமிடங்கள் சமைக்கவும். அதிக தீயில் 2 விசில் வரும் வரை மூடி வைக்கவும். இப்போது அழுத்தம் தானாக வெளியிடப்படும் வரை காத்திருக்கவும். சுவையான தக்காளி சாதம் தயார்.
