Man WOW you on point and I'm doing what spirit wants! Because I had to stand up for myself at work. I had to report it to HR . Plus it's a pattern and has had happened to others before me. So I had to make a stand period for the next person plus the people that couldn't speak up for themselves. Im waiting for the out come right now. I do have anxiety because I don't think it's going to be in my favor. I am really depressed over everything and trying to get out of this funk. I am a humble person so that part of worring about other people is not me. I'm really focused on what is go on with me being bullied at work. I just really feel defeated at the moment.

Thank you for the much needed message. I’ve had my trials and tribulations in regards to observing socially and pretty much became a ball of anxiety soaking up everyone’s mind games and behaviors. Following a sense of moral code provides peace in my life. And I’ve definitely had a rollercoaster of a ride worrying too much about ppl outside of myself. Yes healing. I'm just recovering from surgery, so that would be why I'm not doing anything in the outside world this minute. 🤕. To me feels like you need to detach from what is in your head and stop beating yourself up we all make choices that may not have been the best but as far as I can see it was a good choice to move to Maine . Also you know whatever you continue to focus on will continue to show up. So start focusing on your blessings try to get out of the autistic side of you that may be taking over. I’ve only listened to a couple of minutes of this and I can tell you I know exactly what this entails. We are not very good at listening and end up doing things our own way, ultimately, silently. Except.. an Aquarius can look into his urn and group up those fish and give them solid advice that the fish will actually follow. I’m retiring from teaching this year and will do construction then working with young adults w autism. Change is a little scary and exciting at the same time. I think I’m moving forward. Relationships are a little bit of a sore spot because it’s not where my focus has been but started to get lonely so started looking and meeting people not sure if it’s the rt time because not quite settled yet. Moved into a new beautiful lake house three months ago so I guess things are going in the rt direction just uneven development
