Thanks for the review. Ive been looking at those. I replaced a Garcia 6500C3 with their version of the reel. After about 30 bull reds and numerous huge drum landed, I ordered a second. Its a Chaos X3. They are like 60.00 with tax. I dont do the best job of cleaning and maintaining reels and when these fail I will just toss them and buy more. So one season down so far and still smooth as ever on the first one. The drag is incredibly smooth and consistent when clamped down for 40"+ reds on 30-40# braid. My only complaint is the clicker. Its not as loud as the Garcia and there isnt as much engagement meaning the line can pull out against the clicker in heavy current when in free spool on the clicker only. BTW still very happy with the Woodys wax. Its a lot easier to clean the boat after I applied that stuff.

I picked up a pair of Compass360 waders about a year and a half ago and they've been solid for me so far regarding leaks. Bone dry. Not bad for $149. Like you, though, I had the wet front pocket problem. Had no idea it was not waterproof but I've learned and adjusted accordingly. I'd love to get a pair of Simms, especially for the zipper feature, but the budget can't handle it. Great review, I'll think about a pair of them when my 360s give up the ghost.

iv had tried out a bunch of companies waders like frogg togg, cabbalas, simms, ect.... I still think my simms have held up the best but im definitely looking for a second pair and i think im going to give these a try for sure because i don't wanna spend a bunch of $ on simms again haha and wanna venture out and see what other companies have to offer. . never knew piscifun had waders and that pretty cool, i hope they serve you well brad!

If you like the waders, try their Carbon X reels for spinning reel applications. The only reel I'll use anymore. Light, durable, and well made.

I had $500 Simms that lasted 3 years. In a pinch I ordered Bass dash 2 years ago for about $150 they are still going strong. For price I feel they are better value

The leaking pocket is the deal breaker for me..... i cant have that, i went with the paramount slate breathables.. american company since 1929, you get almost simms quality for half the price picked mine up website direct for $170, but that was with coupon codes, originally $225

Mate thru a old accident I never got looked at I got 1 foot 13.5 and the others 15.5. Do you know how hard it is to find a 15.5 wader - let alone good sports shoes! BUT luckily a friends got a tackle store with a contact. I got a pair custom made. $600! But I use a lot of their wet proofs so Im happy.

You didn't even talk about the lower part of the waders! Do they fit in your boot and are the booties neoprene? Or boots? Cmon man.....
