Pit bike clutch adjustment (semi auto) - Buscadero 110cc and 140cc

Күн бұрынIf you've ever taken off down the dirt road on your pitbike (110cc or 140cc semi auto) and tried kicking it into 2nd gear and felt stuck, or if you've had any weird shifting issues in general, you might need to adjust the clutch. Pops (Mike) will show you how it's done here and it's fairly easy.

Might be a silly question, but is there a way to add a clutch lever? The only “clutch less” bike I’ve rode is a CRF110 and I wasn’t a big fan of not having the clutch.

I don’t hear any clicks on mine. My bike had no how do you say creeping with the throttle like giving it a 1/4 throttle and nothing etc than bammm a wheelie. So I adjusted it but didn’t hear a click. Now it runs ok but there’s like a clunk after I start going in first gear.

What size are these bikes similar to, like klx110 sized?

The BSX 110cc is the same as the KLX110. However our 140 is the same physical size (wheels, height, frame, etc..), it just has a little more power
