As a wednesday fan at the game, it was clear we had a scrappy win. The vid doesn't show how bad the ref was as he was utterly useless for both teams. In all honesty, it was too equal to give a clear winner but we were the ones that found the back of the net in the end. However, it should've easily been a penalty as it was a blatant handball, I am convinced the ref couldn't be bothered and waited the last few seconds to blow the final whistle. Both teams were shocking in relation to diving - probably the worst I've seen in one match outside the premier league, which was shown by the yellow cards and free kicks etc. Good luck with the rest of the season though and we'll see you on the 9th of April.

About the late penalty claim, I was sat in north stand and I saw the referee explaining to Bolton players with hand gestures. From what I could see it looked like he thought the ball hit Bannan’s knee and bounced onto his arm, but it didn’t look like that to me so idk 😐 good luck for rest of season Bolton.

13:20 nope, I'm used to it at cobblers, last home game at sixfields (it was the first female ref so we wanted them to actually be good for once instead of the refs always being against us) but the ref gave about 8 decisions (FOR BOTH TEAMS) the wrong way, there were clear fouls for both teams that they didn't give and also there were about 5 times were it should've been a corner and they gave a goal kick and they gave a goal kick when it should've been a corner, and sometimes when the ball went out of play there was no throw, 90% of refs are awful

I was at barrow today just for the ground and for the trains, but it was rammed at manchester piccadilly with Bolton fand for sheffield
