Serving - 4
Ingredients:
For Pitla -
Besan -1/2 cup
Water - 1.5 cups
Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Curry leaves - 12
Green chilli garlic paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
For Bhakri:
Jowar flour
Salt
Water
For thecha :
Raw peanuts - 4 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 14
Green chilli - 4
Curry leaves - 6
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Salt -1/2 tsp

You have made the pithla and the thecha in absolutely the authentic way. You have made the bhakris sooo beautifully! Even many Maharashtrian ladies cannot make the bhakris soo well.
