i swear to god, playing apex properly with movement feels like playing the piano

in a way this dates all the way back to the very first quake. Its taught in bhopping to stay away from your w key because it slows you down in the air but quake speedrunners found out a long time ago that if you tap w only when you hit the ground you work against the natural speed decay of hitting the ground in the first place and get crazy speed.

Are you pressing the W key at the same time as A and D or is it inbetween? Because in the video it looks like it's at the same time What I mean by this is, are you using 2 fingers to simultaneously press AW then WD or are you going like AWD quickly then DWA with your ring finger, middle and pointer fingers then the opposite in quick succession?

lol, i dont wanna complain or smthing, but i searched up "neostrafing without cfg", didn't find anything viable and randomly found this video. I don't know why people search this up, i literally found "pito strafing" on my own while learning how to tapstrafe, i've never payed any attention to it nor did use it in battle. But seeing this technique in action brought up some good memories from a year ago or something.
