This is one of the best episode for me. Hinata's growth as an individual, who don't depend on kageyama during ball boy arc, learned everything by himself in just 5 days straight by just watching. He's so inspiring especially on those people who wants to do what they love but sucks on it. Just like hinata who have zero experience and technique. Without proper training and proper team. But he continuesly growing throughout the show and reminding us who's the main character of this show, of HIS OWN show. Hinata is truly a great main character, we saw his ups and downs, his hunger to improve and fight to the top. Everything about this show is realistic. Yes, even the freak quick. There's some volleyball players already done this, not on official match, they just tried it, it wasn't perfect but ain't unique, just like what mentioned in the show. Hinata is already have been and always will be my favorite main character, or character in this show or in anime world. He's so motivating and inspirational. That's why I'm so proud of him, he deserves everything he has now. He deserves acknowledgement and recognition he's getting from these reactors. I love lax's reaction so so much, I feel like he's much more proud that I am🥲. His receive was perfect, he analyzed it well, he reads it well. I'm so happy that even Kageyama, noticed how much he improved, even before from the start. He might be kinda harsh to him, but he was overwhelmed with Hinata's abilities. That's why he declared him as his rival, as each other's rival and also his partner. He's the one who believes in him the most, same goes for hinata. He might be not showing it but you can see that he trusts him. Even though he was ashamed from sneaking in and causing trouble, he did his very best to learn and not waste the training. He makes sure that he learns something. HINATA SHOYO, BEST BOY, BEST CHARACTER, BEST MC!!❤️🍊

I agree! Though for me, every character in Haikyuu gives me really strong feelings and inspiration in their own ways and they're the reason why Haikyuu is my favourite series of all time

@@Kalakeiko yeah, they're all inspirational, they all have their own stories that we can relate. That's why this is my favorite anime, some people think that this is just a volleyball anime but it's more than that. It can inspire people. Little did they know, that some volleyball players in japan was inspired in Haikyuu and pursue their volleyball career. The one I can remember is Ran and the popular one, I forgot his name or I'm just unsure about his name, Nishijima? Gosh, I forgot! There's also another one, it was mentioned by the own coach, I guess? Or different person.

It's so amazing how a series based on volleyball can inspire so many people all over the world in so many different ways and give them a safe space with its incredible characters and atmosphere! Definitely my favourite series of all time! It does make me sad though when people brush it off as just a sports anime/manga or saying that it's only popular because of its good-looking characters and ships and that only teenage girls watch and enjoy it because of that...

@@Kalakeiko true!! Especially the manga, I love the manga so so much. And I can't wait for season 5, and also I wanna see hinata's journey in Brazil. My boy gone through much and they better be appreciate it coz If not, I'm gonna go feral. Anyways, I agree that they keep saying those kind of things when it comes to Sports anime, they think it's just a sports anime when it's not. Haikyuu literally raised my standards in sport animes.

@@Kalakeiko they're protagonist of their own story. But this story is Hinata's story. But I agree that they have their own mc moment. It shows that Furudate is a really good writer, he never focus on just one or two characters which is good. But this episode, showed us and remind us who's the original main character of this show.

Hinata, overall, just makes me cry. He's so genuine- I'm afraid when he's hurt. He's the sole reason why I finished the manga despite my busy calendar. My heart goes to you, my boy.

Fr I read the manga too just to watch Nekoma vs Karasuno but how far he’s come made me so proud I haven’t finished it yet because I keep crying I’m like I need a break hold up 😂😅

RIGHT? to me that's a reason to pump up. Tsukishima literally stopped Ushiwaka cz of blocking Bokuto's spikes (and ofc, practicing blocking w Kuroo). but it was Bokuro's spikes that were a good placeholder for Ushiwaka's leftie spikes. i wonder how much more dangerous Bokuto could've been if he was a leftie too

17:10 Hinata as a back player can not jump after the attack line, which he did here, so that's why Kageyama did not set him. I'm surprised the manga writer put this little detail.

Which is even more impressive knowing he could have done the jump from behind the line, because he did it against shiratorizawa, so the author really gave it his all to respect the rules lol

I love how all the reactors feel frustrated when karasuno didn't get the point after Hinata receive but they all lit back up as the karasuno team when our little sunshine broke the ice during time out.

@@Kalakeiko You're all over the comment section😂 I kinda agree, but Hinata is the main character of this show or his own show. This is about his journey. The others have their stories too and I love how Furudate wrote them. But we can't deny how much good character Hinata is. Some people literally ignoring that he's the mc (I saw some people especially in tiktok and some here in KZfaq in other comments section related to Haikyuu)

@@coco-sh2ny Sorry about that! I didn't realise how much I comment sometimes xD I hope I didn't come across as a Hinata hater, because I love him! Definitely one of my favourite MCs out there and there's no denial about him being the main character and focus in Haikyuu, since as you said, it's his journey after all. I just wanted to give the other characters some love too, since Haikyuu is one of the few series that give so much attention to all their other characters as well and properly fleshing them out, which is really cool!

@@Kalakeiko hahahaha no need to be sorry, It's fine. Most of haikyuu fans appreciate all characters, don't worry about that. As for these reactors, I think it's their first time watching it so it's normal for them to root Hinata and Karasuno more than anyone and I have no complaints to that😂 they indeed deserves more love and recognition. Some of these reactors love Nekoma too and Fukurodani as well. It's just that their main is Karasuno, because they saw their journey, their hardships and stuffs. And Hinata is too hard to ignore, that boy is literally a sunshine, he's hilarious and amazing at the same time, he's cute and adorable, and his orange hair really stands out😂 But I swear, some of them loves or like other teams too. I already saw their reactions to the whole show, some of them, so I can assure u that they support other teams too.

And maybe this is the anime that give those reactors it's been 4 seasons they could have figured it out already, that it's not always about taking sides I honestly can't stop siding sometimes but in this anime I did not struggle I was excited for every team lol

It's their choice, they mainly support Karasuno. Because aside from the mc is in their team, Karasuno is a really good team, u can't dent that. There's some of them supports other team tho, like nekoma. Some of them praising other players in Inarizaki too, mainly atsumu. But I can't blame them from mainly supporting karasuno, they grown so much and I love how they see that and appreciate their efforts to improve despite of having many disadvantages.
