@@thembisibanyoni4435 its not just about having quality players. Its also about creating an environment that enables players to perform at their highest level. Clearly Broos can't do that. At least the players respect Pitso. Having that respect for him will definately improve their play, even if its just a little bit.

@@thembisibanyoni4435 even the players in Saudi Arabia are not world class players but Pitso is able to compete. He's able to improve whatever team in in his hands at the moment. Look at how Al Ahly are struggling at the moment. We need a Pitso to bring back our boldness ness😂😂

@@siphiwesuntsha4410 I don't understand if you understand football or you just follow football, In Saudi Arabia Pitso is competing with teams that are in the same league means same standard with his team for God seek. Al Alhly they on top of a league in Egypt and they're not out of Champions league muntu. Last season under Pitso we've beaten Al Alhaly home and away but they still reached finals. If you think that Bafana Bafana can compete with Morrocco that has 80% European based players it means you don't know anything about football.

@@dansonobakengobakeng7746 I think Broos has a point, in one season Mailula, under Mokwena could be a different beast. And he will join a dominant team like Sundowns for a mid-table European team that won't provide the same playing style and goal-scoring opportunities. Sometimes regular game time in the PSL is better than chasing a average move abroad.

Hugo Bross done what most of the Bafana coach couldn't get done.lead them to AFCON after so many years he got the job done.The PSL coaches and players still need to learn how to play ball so atleast they can win tournaments.

SA isn't going anywhere as a football nation no offense. There needs to be thorough technical consideration when hiring a coach and then give them enough time(probably close to 4 years) to build and progress the team. The other issue we have is that we don't invest enough in scouting talent hence are not even good at it.

Coaching a national team is a bit challenge coz u dnt do any signings there.u only rely on the structure nd talent in the country .many coaches facing this problem .even if pitso can be a coach de structural challenge will be there coz wont be solved in one day or a year .in south africa we need a coach who can win every game if u dnt u go even if players missed chances.even pitso admit that the road is too long .the following teams are the one we should ask ourselves can we match them.senegal,Ghana,egypt,Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, zambia,Cote di vore ,Nigeria,Congo brazaville Guinea Bissau. When last did we play them nd beat them,under which coaches?.

Eish I can go inside the SAFA board members and to please do something our football is going down but with got talented coaches many and plenty but we focus on foreign coaches

Hugo Broos won't last long in SA, not because of his quality and refreshing realism but because of this aswell. Most South African football media, fans and even coaches, analysts (mostly ex pros) etc are still dillusional about where we are as a country and will conspire to construct his downfall with there misguided perception on where our football & footballers really in world football eg. Mailula for Europe based on a poor PSL? Sundowns a powerhouse based on no FFP/lack of proper football governance around the pro game in SA?

Pitso being hailed the SA coach guru on all things football in SA now, next is Rulani...shows the real short memories we have in SA. Sundowns in a league wrought with unprofessionalism & lack of quality saw the gap largely due to Motsepes billions aka masterplan ie. Bankroll our way to success over 10yrs starting with Pitso and the mentality of "if it doesn't work we keep spending until it does" mentality.
