With Ingram they are pretty much set. Houston probably wanted a starting role and those are basically set in Watt and Highsmith

Justin Houston is a free agent, Houston is better than highsmith and put Justin Houston in DE on the left with TJ (LOLB) Heyward (DT) and Melvin Ingram (ROLB) that’s set

@@joshuasimmons9854 And bench Tuitt? That’s not going to happen. Where do you leave him and Alualu. The Steelers don’t want Houston, it was reported they don’t think he fits what they want to do. And Highsmith is coming into his own. The team prefers to develop players they draft. And they already have a ton of players for the defensive front. If they sign a FA, it probably would be better for free safety. There is no depth behind Minkah.

@@joshuasimmons9854 yeah but it was ILB where they struggled. Not OLB. OLB was fine until Highsmith went down and they had to use Marsh. Now with Ingram there, they can have a rotation, and there is also Quincy Roche. If they go and take another ILB, it could also be useful. That was their Achilles heel last year, the injuries to ILB with Bush, Spillane and Williams all missing time. But it’s the Steelers. They won’t sign anyone anymore. They gotta keep some money available for in season acquisitions
