Right on! Thanks for sharing and as you saw here, Drew still would pick the LT without much hesitation, but we do realize not all riders need or want big travel enduro rig, and if that's the case, the AM is a cool option.

Agreed when choosing between the LT and AM, but I actually prefer the SL ... I mostly ride bike parks and use my enduro (Mach 6) and when I'm riding my local trails, I was getting bored so got on the e-bike train. I really wanted a lighter bike and especially compared to the DH I usually ride, it's not very challenging and I don't go on long rides. The SL is perfect for that, and despite the spec sheet, it could actually rip and there isn't much I can't handle. But yeah, to your point, there's really no choice IMO between the LT and AM

I'd go LT regardless. You made a good choice for your riding style.

Hey thanks for writing in. The Shuttle AM has better DH performance in our opinion. The Shuttle SL is super fun, but the Pivot is a bit more stable, planted and has a slightly smoother suspension feel that we appreciate on rough and chunky DH trails.

Hey Mike, they were both 175mm droppers. You can add a 200mm dropper to the larges, but there may be some limitations. According to Pivot's tech specs, a 200mm dropper will bottom out inside the seat tube of a large frame than at the collar. This results in a low seat post height of 679mm versus 644mm with the 175mm dropper and a max saddle height 811mm verse 806mm.

​@TheLoamWolf have you noticed any "saddle buzz" on big hits? Recently got my Shuttle LT (love it so far) but did run into an issue of buzzing the seat on the rear tire if the seat post is too low. Wondering if thats something you guys ran into as well?

Slightly, but we'd say the Shimano rattles a little bit more, to be honest, on our terrain, we hardly ever hear it, but it does seem to bother some people quite a bit. Perhaps there is a pitch that's not quite as steep or fast on the descents where it makes it louder than the wind and tire noise we hear more prevalently than the rattle?

I ride Commencal Meta power SX with Bosh and it is completely silent, all you can hear is tires. So I assume Pivot with Bosh is quite too
