I agree with Peter. Sand would be a much better option and then you wouldn't have to worry about the chunks of the concrete breaking up and wrecking something possibly later.

A trick we use to keep chains from coming unhooked is to wrap the hook and link with electrical tape.

Gotta love pivots, no telling how many cinder blocks that are in our old pivots tracks, used to keep pallets of em around just for throwing in tracks. G’job guys and God Bless all y’all 🇺🇸🥜🇺🇸
