Is it possible to tame the carnivirous cobalt dinos? the cobalt bullets aren't working on them.

from my understanding yes but not sure how yet

Shoot cobalt bullets and then usual trancs, the cobalt bullets don't give torpor they just make other bullets more effective

Why your level is 150 if max lvl is 90
