guys this fr works. i've been listening to subliminals on and off for the past few years because i would always end up forgetting/discouraged. my biggest insecurity has always been my nose and i always wanted it to be slimmer but no subliminals really helped. for the past few weeks i've been listening to this sub aswell as an angel sub and a desired face sub (only listened in my sleep) and when i tell u guys my nose has gotten slimmer!! i also ALWAYS visualize my dream face (like all the time lol). i might sound crazy but i literally daydream while listening to music and imagine myself filming tiktoks with my dream face every single day and i seriously think that helped me a lot. i've been wanting my nose to be slimmer since like 2020 and being consistent with my subs+intense visualizing really helped. please please don't get discouraged and if u dont have the time to listen to subs during the day just do like me and listen at night. i get so happy whenever i look in the mirror, i'm genuinely so happy with my results. (btw this is a real comment, i'm not writing this for affirmations, just sharing my experience) if anyone wants the 2 other subs i listen to on loop lmk!!!

I listened overnight and my nosehump is sooo reduced- I’ll try to update Update: It’s still kinda there, but you definitely don’t see it as much as before 2nd update: Yooo U literally can’t feel it anymore and it’s barely visible Also, it clearly has a pixie shape now. My nose bridge has also become smaller Edit edit editttt: “it’s kinda there but also not, but that’s because I stopped hating it and actually, it looks hella hot so I stopped manifesting and kinda affirmed it to come back, but my nose is still straighter, pixie shaped and vv small! All noses are hot tho, I feel like people kinda forget their own opinion when it comes to beauty standards
