Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Egg 1
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as you required
Filling Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 1
Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Oregano as you required
Green/Black Olives as you required
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Mozzarella Cheese 3 Slices
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Instant Yeast, Salt and mix it well and then add Egg and mix it well and then knead it with required warm milk. Knead it for 15 minutes after that add oil and again knead it for 2 minutes and then cover it and rest it for 2 to 4 hours in room temperature or when dough become rise.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Breast, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Oil, Tikka Masala and marinate it and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 3: After that take a pan and put it and cook it for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side) After that cut it into small pieces.
Step 4: Now remove the cover from the dough and again knead it slightly and then make a big ball and rolling it into length and then spread pizza sauce and sprinkle Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, Button Red Chilli, Capsicum, Oregano, Green/Black Olives and again Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese and then roll it and cut into wheels shape.
Step 5: Now bake it into pan. Take a pan and grease it with oil and then place all wheels and cover it and bake it for 15 minutes on very low flame.
Oven Users: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 20 minutes on 200c.
Patila/Pot Users: Preheat for 15 minutes on medium to low flame and bake for 20 to 30 minutes on medium to low flame.
