It's hard when you're not who you think you are.
Song is the theme to Big Wolf on Campus, a show I never watched but knew the theme song of thanks to a CD I got in a Count Chocula box.
(Yeah, I know, it's not voice acting.)

Pretty interesting idea that Fake Peppino has memories of the real Peppino, but he is now having to come to grips with the fact that he is a deformed clone of the original.

Man imagine just waking up one day, your limbs are elongated and everything is melty, you have a kind of brain fog like you are almost not even conscious, you try to do the things you love like normal but seem to have lost the ability to do it right... And then one day someone who looks just like you did before walks in the door.
