Honestly, this is overall one of the best themes from the entire soundtrack. the amount of quality and personality shining through with pepperman's themes, be it his lap 2, or this entrance one, is so shocking to see come from a fangame, it honestly feels official.

that's- that's the point, it's an entrance theme, and the 'entrance' in question is john gutter, the reason why Noise's entrance theme doesn't sound anything like unearthly blues is simply because Noise's self absorbed tv star ass would just not give a shit about the decaying johns, Pepperman though, he'd be interested in them for art purposes, as reflected in the video.
