Fun fact: If you go on the tower's ledge after beating the game, you can find smoke near the bottom of the ledge, and if you jump down there, you can find peppino's house, where you unlock swap mode

Keep in mind that Noise needed a Super Sonic style power up to beat the boss rush Peppino just got extremely pissed. No wonder Peppino isn't a boss, you simply cannot beat him.

In this version, Phase 3 is no longer Noise vs Pizzahead. This is Pizzahead vs Noise. And if in Peppino's version, the mini bosses fought with him more like an attempt at rematch, then here it looks like they are fighting Noise FOR THEIR LIVES.

In the third part when noise starts chucking bombs, he takes off the same amount of health as peppino, he throws about 15 bombs, so that means that in unexpectancypart 3, EVERY ONE OF PEPPINOS PUNCHES WAS EQUIVALENT TO A F*CKING EXPLOSION.
