i thought you were going to imply that Peppino lost his mind from the stress of his situation and went on a actual murderous rampage in some (presumably pizza related) random building and the entire game was apart of his delusion. Hell the bosses could find a way to fit in this theory Pepperman = maybe some sort of artist for advertisements or such Vigilante = The Police trying to stop him The Noise = idk maybe like some detective or something i dont really know for the noise Fake Peppino = possibly Peppino's own inner conscience after he begins to realize his delusions, with Fake Peppino representing his darker thoughts, and the fact we don't really "beat" him like the other bosses represents that Peppino never really defeated his delusions Pizzaface/Pizzahead = The manager of the building determined to take one final stand against this mad man, however is beaten by Peppino savagely and possibly killed.
