Hi, I’m Phenix and I’m 11 years old and understand PJ Morton’s music. He has the voice of an angel and so does JoJo. I hope God blesses everyone who reads this message, if you have kids encourage them to listen to anybody with voices like PJ Morton or JoJo. My mother always encourages me to listen to old school music or R&B music period. It’s all about what you hear in the songs, usually people in my class talk about throwing it back or whatever but it’s not that, it’s about the purpose of the music. In my near future I will encourage my children to listen to this. No matter how old it is. May God Bless you all ❤️🙏🏽

PJ Morton has a way of musically and audibly luring you into the song via the piano intro. This song should still easily be in rotation on the Quiet Storm or late night radio program formats!

I hear this on the radio all the time and I knew it was PJ but I had no idea it was JoJo singing with him! You betta sang girl!!!

The Stevie vibe is strong on this joint. What a gorgeous ballad. PJ Morton is crazy talented, and JoJo ain't no joke. Lady can blow.

Honestly I think Jojo should make full R&B albums .... all her R&B songs sound way better than her pop songs...

Her new album is going to be R&B

It's about money and market appeal. Pop has a larger audience. An album could "fail" by our standards and still have generated good profit. To be pigeonholed, her audience becomes that much smaller.
@Mike086515 жыл бұрын
Hell her last album (Mad Love) was basically that. I played all 10 songs from top to bottom. R&B vibes are mostly on there with exceptions of No. 6&7 I believe

No way, her last album was an incredible diverse mix of everything.

"If you love me just say so" "I don't love you" ... Sometimes it ends like this ... I'm so sad..and in quarantine with my family.. I even have to hide myself while crying in order to keep my privacy.. Can't even ask my sister to give me a hug.. #heartbreakduringcoronavirus But still I know one day I'll be loved by a man..during this tough time we have to have hope, even if it's so hard.. A hug to everybody from an Italian girl.. Stay safe🙏❤️

@@sersastark I’m so late getting back here. Yes I’m aware. But, he’s still underrated. He even has a song about the fact that he’s not mainstream. They are both slept on. Because his genre of music is not what’s popular these days, nor his style.

Been waiting for JoJo for a minute...had no idea until recently that her first label which doesn't even exist anymore held her and her voice hostage for 15 years refusing to let her out of a contract that they couldn't fulfill. I am so glad that woman has so much fight in her ... I know that Grammy feels good AF after everything she's been through. That's quality shit right there.

This feels like the early 2000s. Like some Dwele, Amerie, I mean it feels good to the soul, when R&B was on the horizon of changing. ❤❤❤Right before it went to hell after 2009, ijs...🤷♀️
