I'm in. That was hilarious when you said it was your worst breakfast. I actually own 3 PKS knives and am very happy with them all. I have their "PLSK1", their "Survival" knife, and their version of the "Kephart" design. They are all exceptional knives and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. All three are heirloom tools. I'll be passing them down to my son's for sure. Awesome video as always.

I'm in. I've always wanted a PKS Scorpion. I believe that you gave it a fair review, it is interesting that it doesn’t have a sharp 90 deg. spine most PKS knives do.. As for the potatoes, try seasoning them with whatever you have available a then wrap them in a piece of foil and cover with hot coals for about 20 minutes. I’m in for knives always. I purchased a Mountaineer a couple of years back . I’m satisfied with what it’s intended to do . Will it do what my German kitchen knives do processing thin slices of tomatoes , no , but that’s not really what it’s purpose is . Glad y’all saw some rain . Even with the weak fronts we’re dry . I put a bevel on my spine rather than a 90 . Kinda like a cabinet scraper. So one side is lower an rounder then the sharp side . Provides a more of a standing edge for striking a feral rod

I'm in. Good content as usual. Those are pretty good knives, I have the HD scorpion in curly maple. That micarte handle is cool. Was going to get the kephart but my cousin actually makes knives in his off time from the army , so I messaged him the specs of the kephart I wanted and how abusive I'd be with it bushcrafting and or hunting and he delivered with an amazing, heavy duty hand made kephart for me!! Super cool! Oh and his came with a hand made sheath with deer antler buttons. Lol. Be cool if PKS offered a sheath included for the price of their knives, even a basic one.

I’m in. Not sure if the blueing on the knife is something I would want to use for food prep but does look like a solid camp chore knife since the spine edge can be easily remedied if desired. I tend to carry a separate flat grind stainless steel blade for food prep. Not sure any knife could have saved those potatoes but the laughs were worth the effort of the experiment.
