He informed that the black catridge head worth nearly Rs.6000 will have to be replaced. So we didn't do it. Some of these authorised service guys are real cheats.. Thanks again for the video

With my clumsy hands I lost one screw. Then the whole upper part came off which I attached again eith a lot of difficulty but then one white ribbon came off. Some how figured out , where to attach it . But finally made printer work. Thankyou😃

I had the same issue...blank paper printing....I went to print preference and did power clean twice....it worked for me...first try that also

After cleaning the blue color tank it was still giving no color, then according to you I vaccumed the tank pipe, then the problem got solved.
