Very very useful and informative presentation with nice tips at every step. Aapka root shock se kya matlab hai ? Root shock roots ko air mein fully expose karne se lagta hai jaise aapne kiya ya manually move karne se ? Maine 1.5 feet ke 2 Rudraksha Plants late March mein ek flower show ki ek hi shop se buy kiye they. Dono red soil mein black plastic bag mein lage hue they. Ek marr gaya, doosra us hi plastic bag mein slow growth kar raha hai new shooting ke saath. Pichhle 2-2.5 saaalon mein main lag-bhag dozen Rudraksha plants try kar chuka hun lekin success nahi mila. Ek 3-4 feet ka plant maine directly 18" plastic pot mein lagaya tha jo root rot+pest lagne ke kaaran marr gaya. Mere saare Rudraksha plants mostly tip ki leaves ke drooping followed by leaf drying followed by blackening of stem ke kaaran khatm hue. Jo abhi bacha hua hai usko repot kaise karun ? Red soil hatakar ya as it is root ball sahit ? Kyonki Rudraksha basically Himalayan region ka plant hai kya uski root ball ko disturb karna sensible rahega ? Please guide. Thanks for sharing.

Root shock nahi bhai root rauts,means root sadne lgti hai,root open karke lagane par o chikni mitti jaha o dabi hoti hain hat jati hai,aur root ko nayi mitti me set hone me asani hoti hai

@@Aloksgardeningtips Raut nahi bhai, "rot" hota hai. 08:15 par suniye aapne root shock word use kiya hai. Root ko shock tabhi lagta jab ya to fully air exposed ho jayen ya phir manual handling zyada ho. Intact root ball mein least chances hain root shock ke. Aapne chikni mitti ko poori tarah hata diya, roots air exposed ho gayin to shock to lagega hi. Main ye kahna chah raha tha. Definitely chikni mitti ya laal mitti mein root rot ho jaata hai.

Sir mere pot ki soil upar se bahut black ho jati hai after I pot a plant. Mai vermi compost, garden soil and sand se mixture ready krti hu but pot ke upar ki mitti bahut buri lagti hai. Jese ki cow dung sad gya ho halanki koi smell nahi ati but dekhne me bahut bura lagta hai. Aisa kyu hota hai. Can u please answer?
