This property is very well located only 8 km from Hartenbos on the R328 and only 30 minutes away from George Airport (41 km).
The topography of the land is mainly level with moderate sloping veld and hilly sections that is made up of permanent sprinkler irrigation fields (44 ha), arable drylands (38 ha) and natural veld areas (95 ha) around and between the infrastructure on the property.
A large spacious celebration venue on the hill with a total floor area of 1833m² draws the main attraction on the property, it is used for celebration functions and conferences, and also serves as a training facility. This spectacular building is made up of a large entrance hall/reception area, a very large entertainment area with a dance floor, bathrooms, a modern industrial kitchen, offices, restaurant/coffee shop area and a mezzanine upper floor that serves as a second entertainment area. A separate ablution block serves 13 caravan sites.
The veld areas and the planted pastures (mainly maize, oats and lucerne) serve as grazing for cattle. Irrigation water is pumped from the Brandwacht river using two pumps, one pump is used to pump water directly from the river into the irrigation system and the other pump is used to pump water from the river to a large storage dam from where irrigation takes place.
The farm is divided into camps, all of which are stock proof and a large section west of the R328 is fenced with game type fencing. The property also has a very neat cattle handling and loading facility (kraal).
Municipal water provides water for domestic use and electricity is supplied by Eskom.
