This is part of the brief or Heirmologic genre of plagal 1st mode. The melody ends phrases on Ni (C), and Ke (A) which is also the base note of the mode.
You’ll notice the attraction of Ke (A) towards Zo ( B) in the last line. The Zo (B) is flattened only in the conclusion of the stichera.
