STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 300 degrees for 1 hour 20 mins. (Time may vary depending on your cake pan and/or oven.)
4 C All Purpose Flour
3 C Sugar
3/4 C Milk [Room Temp]
4 Sticks UNsalted Butter [Room Temp]
6 Lg Eggs [Room Temp]
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Creme Bouquet
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Extra Melted Butter to brush the cake while cooling.

I love your videos. I lost my mother 7 years and even though I'm in my 50's . I get mom vibes watching you cook. It warms my heart. I have the exact same bundt pan my mom used for as along as i can remember. I still use it today. She taught me to bake in that pan. It's priceless to me. This reminds me of my Madea's old fashioned Pound Cakes which required a pound of butter like this one...Thanks for that memory. I love Chef Jeffrey and make several of his recipes regularly. Especially his buttermilk pie and his mother's favorite tea cake recipe. Which is so much easier than my recipe and doesn't take as much preparation. That cake looks so good👍🏻

Sister Donna and Dude #1, your PLAIN pound cake with no baking powder and no baking soda looks delicious. My dad was the pound and layered cake baker in the family because of his mother. He loved apple jelly as a glaze on his cakes and they were delicious also. Thanks for sharing. 😋

Yes, Lady Donna. You are a true blessing. The last cakes I made were a complete disaster. However, I did not have the crème bouquet or some of the flavors you used. I used the flavors that I had. Hello Mz Donna haven't watched you and you family since I lost my brother in Dec. My grand mother liked plain poundcake she liked fresh fruit. I love White Lily flour and white cornmeal mix. Have you ever tried Hudson Cream flour? Omg , that’s the softest flour I’ve touched and actually makes the softest biscuits you can make. But I still love my White Lily products the best . This sounds delicious. Nothing wrong with a simple plain pound cake. I bet it’s delicious. Love chef Jeffery.
