On today's episode, I am doing a Plain Talking Review of Airfix's 'The Dam Busters' 617 Squadron 60th Anniversary Gift Set, a dual boxing of their 1:72 Avro Lancaster B111 Special, and their 1:48 Panavia Tornado GR4/4A. This boxing was released in 2003.

I really wanna get a model like this, I mostly do wargaming minis but this appeals to me. I think sailing ships would be fun too. Great vid!

Many thanks for watching and commenting JR, very much appreciated. Go for it, your experience with make and painting minis will be a bonus to you!! Sailing ships are great fun to do, but be prepared to spend a lot of time on them, especially the rigging, where you'll more than likely spend more than the rest of the kit put together. They make great display pieces too!

Hi Adrian The anniversary gift set is an old kit set but with a bit of work hopefully they will make nice models i have not made a Lancaster model my self i will have to have a go the jet should make a nice model good video thanks 👍🏻

Thanks for watching and commenting as always Bruce!! I haven't made either of these kits before, but before I do I need to buy an engraving tool, so I can get at least the panel lines looking right.
