I'm about to sign up for Cambly. I've never prepared a lesson in teaching and I'm nervous and don't know where to start. Would you say the first few minutes should be getting to know the student and getting the student English level and goals then Have a premade lesson plan for them?

Be cautious while using this website because questions or text the AI produces aren't always correct. You have to make sure all the things that the AI creates for you is correct and understandable so that your students won't be confused during the lesson

Yes I completely agree. Always proof read the work before taking it into class.
