Join me as I decorate and fill out my birthday spread in my creative journal! I use a Classic Vertical Happy Planner for journaling. I'm using the new Feels Like Sunshine sticker book because it appeals to me so much!! I talk a little bit about what's going on with me, my grief, and how I journal, which pens I use, etc. I am doing a bit of back planning as well.

I've been searching for something to help me cope with the grief and anxiety I feel after an accident left me with severe nerve damage and changed my life drastically. In a time where I feel so out of control about everything else happening in my life, doing something as simple as decorating a planner page helps me feel control over something and is such an outlet that is just for ME and no one else. 👋🏾Mary Ellen, I also carry that same guilt! I lost my only Son also😢. Deion was 18 & everyday I question what I should've/could've done differently. I allow myself to grieve. I’m definitely one of those people who’s always busy and don’t want to live with regrets so I’m adding a little note to myself in my planner to be more intentional and present with my loved ones. Your spread is so bright, cheerful and glorious. Its full of happy stickers and I love it! I appreciate you taking your time and talking while you decorate. Unlike some other planners I watch, they just throw stickers on a page with no reason or true passion for the process. Go for it!! I craft when I'm feeling down as well. It's almost my 60th birthday on January 22nd and I'm watching your video and thinking about my mom who died on January 30th of 87. Great birthday party that year then the day after my mom goes into the hospital and dies with a lung blood clot going to her heart. But at least she wasn't suffering any longer. I feel the pain of death this time of year myself. Love and prayer sent up for you. Just gotta do the best we can every year it seems to get a smidgen better if I think of the good times. ❤❤

Location, location, location is the key to finding a home. It's much easier/better to change a floor plan in a good location, than to have the perfect layout in a not-so-good location. As helpful as you think your Spanish teacher is, in my opinion, she is hindering your progress. The classes should be divided into Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. I liked what you mentioned about the comment someone left about watching you being like a warm teddy bear. I find your videos very stress relieving. Being a mom can be so wonderful, but when we hurt for our children the hurt goes so deep. I'm so sorry for your loss.
