I'm with you about the noontime meetings...for us it is because my meetings involve physicians and nurse practitioners that see patients all day, so it's the only time ....ah well, who needs to eat? LOL

Hi Beth, I'm a long-time listener/watcher. I was worried about you. I'm glad things are getting back on track. I kept looking for your video last week, lol. I'm having spinal surgery on the 19th-an ALIF, if you're familiar. I can't wait to watch your videos while I recover.
