My friend! Thank you so much for this video, it was very helpful and I just love watching your process. Where did you get the weeklies you use at 2:10 ? The meal tracker is awesome! It's hard finding good ones in the FCC size I use which is unfortunate 😂

I'm so happy you enjoyed the video! 😍 The weeklies are from Amazon, just search 'Newestor Monthly and Weekly planner' and it should come up (for some reason the listing varies depending on your country which is why I didn't include a proper link). And honestly the meal tracker is one of my favorites now, so happy I found this Filofax insert! You can always just recreate it with a weekly insert and use it as your tracker as well 😊🤍

One more question. Do you keep a year's worth of weeklies in your planner at one time?

Nope. I only keep one month at a time for weeklies, dailies, monthlies and even my trackers since i'm often switching from my 30mm to 25 mm covers, plus I feel more organized that way 😊

Do you include routine tasks on your monthly inbox?

I think other than reading (since I'm still trying to get in the habit), I don't really include routine tasks in my monthly inbox. All my routines are in my tracker section since it's easier to visualize them and complete them that way 😊

Just a question - most people put things in order of year, month, week and day but you do it opposite. Just wondering if there's a particular reason you do it that way.

Hi! 😊 To be honest my reason is just for easy access. The first thing I do in the morning after filling my trackers is go to my daily section to cross out the tasks I didn't do the day before and migrate them to my weekly (after that I do the rest; check my weekly etc etc). Also, since I have my dailies open all day I like to have them in the middle of my planner so its easier to write on it. Hope that makes sense. 😊
