My word for 2020 is Healthier and I reset for Q4 to set myself up with a solid foundation for 2021 in Health & Wellness by establishing a routine of fitness, vitamins, food journaling, and honoring my hunger. Maintenance goals are not my thing, so the sticking to a routine, any routine, is a win!

My 2021 self would thank me for learning and coping with the fact that failure is apart of the journey to success, and that one bump in my path shouldn’t have the power to de -rail my entire journey to my main goal!!

I love that Maurijah. You are exactly right that failure is apart of the journey and remember that failure doesn't has the final say and know you can always failure forward and use it a stepping stone for what to do next. ❤️

@@DarianPlans Right now, just for myself, but I'm working to getting back into publishing. I've published romance under a pen name and miss it, but I'll probably pivot to a related genre when I'm back to where I used to be. This weekend I found a novel I wrote back in 2013 when I was working my way out of my last burnout period just hanging out in my Google Docs 😂

The rest of my 2020 will be focusing on my health and adjusting to cutting sugar out of my diet. And remembering to take my vitamins and supplements every day!

Love your idea of no social media before 12 pm! I have seen where some people do no tech mornings ( no tech before 12 pm), no tech evenings ( no tech after 4 pm), no tech day and no tech weekends! Great idea!

Thanks for sharing the other alternatives. It's definitely been a practice that I've notice beneficial to me. Have you tried it before?

I need to get back to some sort of regular physical activity, not just for my body, but I’ve been dealing with a ton of anxiety and really sub-par sleep and I know getting on my mat or outside to walk while the weather’s nice will help. Boy, I’m resisting, though, even though I know better.

@@DarianPlans I’m already a Family Nurse Practitioner. I’m working on post graduate studies for. certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Adding this to my family practice certification will enable me to help more people.

My rest of 2020 goals are to start getting rid of stuff and better eating. I have too much stuff in this house!!! Time to declutter and reclaim my space. I've made an appt to see a dietician in early December. I'm carrying around too much stuff too (if you know what I mean). I want to eat better, move more, and lose weight. I'm worth both of these goals! (Can positive thinking be a third goal? 🤔) 💜
