Every time I feel like I fall behind, little synchronicities arise to show me I'm actually right on time. It's been a busy year with many, many changes in my life, and finally getting back into my writing and studies again only to see the video I left off on was a September Plan With Me just seems too perfect. A wonderful reminder to keep going, and that whatever your time, it's always the right time to follow those dreams.

Going back through your videos as I am trying to make sure I know the best way to schedule this next year. This was wonderful with great insight! I was wondering, did you do a video on your book launch? I have looked through your videos and can't find it. (I can only imagine how busy you are and perhaps this is something that needed to be skipped at the time). If you do decide to make a video about a book launch, I will be thrilled to watch it and learn from you :)

Your planners are so fricken cute! I wish I had the money to make these. 😊 Also any ideas on how to get into a writer community? I desperately need a CP's help with my YA Fantasy book. 😥

Thank you! You could start out with a happy planner or a Recollections brand if you're looking for something more cost effective! If you have a printer, you can find binders like mine online for less than $20 (carpe diem is a good affordable brand when you find them on sale) and print out your own pages! Just some ideas. As for critique groups, have you done nano wrimo? That's how I found my first critique partners. I joined my local nanowrimo.org group and started going to meet ups in November and met a lot of good writer friends. Sometimes you can find local groups on meetup and online groups on Facebook!

I would love to know how long you spend doing the planning each week including your kan ban board. Also do you plan out the personal stuff the same and where do you keep that? I manage numerous jobs as well as my household and I often feel like I should be doing something else while planning. Thanks!

It takes me about two hours every Sunday to plan my meals, order my groceries, and plan my week in my business planner. I keep any personal appointments in my family Google calendar online so my husband will see it, too. As for the kanban board, it's really just something I set up at the beginning of each quarter. After it's set up, all I do each week is move the specific tasks I'll be working on to the middle section. It takes a minute at most. Setting it up and goal planning for the quarter, though, usually takes at least three days.

Oh! And I also spend about ten minutes every evening before bed planning out the next day.
