I live in Maine although not from Maine. Maine has a lot of historical places and you guys touched on just a couple. I too like History Chris. Did you know the first naval battle of the Revolutionary War was in Maine? I've seen several people do videos on coming to Maine and so far you guys have done the best job. I've lived here 35 years now and find all kinds of cool places to go and do. So for people who want to check out the places Chris and Suzanna recommend there are several other places near by each of the locations they mentioned. Great job guys.

This is great. I visited Maine many years ago and have wanted to go back ever since. The only trolly I rode on was the one in San Francisco. I would love the museums especially the Owl's Head Transportation museum Call it what you want but it is a zoo. I will not support that. If they are orphaned they need to left alone! As a local, I have a hard time seeing what visitors see. I've been out of state in high desert terrain for the last 7 months. I definitely see what visitors see, now. I just don't appreciate little museums, cemeteries, a cavern that doesn't really sound lime thunder, mud. And I was born sickly so I have never been any good at hiking or bicycling although I'd love to be. If in Maine try to find things to do; go fishing, swimming, dig for clams, walk or hike beginner to experienced trails. Don't waste your time on the gimmicks like museums or Narrows bridge tower. They're money traps that don't have anything to offer in a state that has nothing going for it except its terrain and wildlife. Oh, and we have excellent local food & restaurants.
@HintonTheTrail Жыл бұрын
There is so much more to Maine that we could get in to a video and the outdoor opportunities are endless. Part of the experience beyond the outdoors is those areas that share the history of Maine, like it's rich Maritime history, or unique locations that give you a different perspective. The bottom line is that we truly believe that there is something in Maine for anyone. Outdoors, museums, and yes, definitely great food!
