great information, tip you will eventually have to have a preproduction day writing planning content and separate it from filming days. It will be a lot easier on your body and you will look more relaxed and calm in your videos. - separate these planning day from the shooting days one is a marketing day you will be in your head, so do things like your other projects that day require you to be in your head, but the shoot day, do your support clients you will be dressed and be in the frontlines anyways, its important you have time- to do your head stuff separated from your shoot days.

Wow, scary timing, I was literally making a list of recurring tasks for my new business yesterday (to check my actual capacity). And quickly realized I have a LOT less time to provide the actual services for my clients and for marketing than I thought. Can't make the revenue goal I had set AND protect my time to also be writing myself. (Which is key! Otherwise I'd be a terrible example to them.) So first thing I did was put writing back at the top. Minimal 2 hours each day, then panic about the 6 hours that are left, while needing nearly 10, Haha. I already tried batching most tasks, but you batch it even more! Pfff, You don’t see this his reality check in most videos about creating courses. Thank you for sharing a realistic version! 🙏 Will reprioritize what's left on that list and make a few more scary cuts... 😅

Thank you so much for sharing. Yes, we totally overcommit most times so doing this process is a gut check... even for me to this day. I just realized a week or so ago even my marketing calendar was still a bit more than I could handle!

Thank you so much! I really learned it out of survival! When you have 2 small kids at home and you are trying to realistically get things done in your business... there's a lot of trial and error that happens with planning!
