Scenario how the plane crash into train:
The plane takes off from Los Santos airport on a rainy day and suddenly after taking off over the city a fire starts at the bottom of the plane, the pilot decides to make an emergency landing back to the airport, but the plane loses control, but the pilot still tries to take the plane away from the city
After some time of flight over the city, the pilot still manages to take the plane out of city for an emergency landing, but suddenly the plane starts to dive down and crashes into a train with oil tank wagons. All units that were nearby arrived at the crash place and began an investigation and cleaning up the railway
