Remember for the future when you extend that visitor walkway that's above your staff buildings to either raise that walkway or lower the terrain to lower the staff buildings.....they look too close to where you might put that walkway above it.

Honestly can’t believe how old this is- I am revisiting this series, it brought me such joy then, and I know it will again.

I'm finna cry. 😭 I'll miss the first zoo so much, but I am ready to move on and receive this new zoo with open arms. XD

The absence of lag and this new ZOO is making me giddy with excitement! I really like the layout and terrain work so far. The safari will be grand 👍🏻 Besides that, I vote for exhibit animals as the “cash cow”, and some herbivore animal after that...you know, in the spirit of the “cows” 😂.

Exhibits, party! You need exhibits. Also maybe hit them with some of those alternative education board things right at the entrance.

Name suggestion for the enclosure, *"Crock Dock"*. As it has a dock like thing going on and also it also refers to the days which KADAK has lived in the Elite Zoo North, near that dock!!!

Hey, welcome back! I really missed seeing this series. It is strange seeing a new and completely empty zoo. In terms of what to do next, I would vote for exhibit animals first cause the babies from that, in the long term, will help with the financial situation massively. 'Deadly Docks' is my name suggestion for the enclosure. It's great to see you back.

I’m so excited for this zoo/season! The money issues gives me so much flashbacks from the polar bear mafia, I’m not sure if I’m going to laugh or pace around nervously in my apartment as I watch 😂 The exhibit animals gave us a good cash injection during the mafia last season, so that’s probably a good idea. Even if it’s more “fun” with a new animal. Also the cooler near the toilets are at zero degrees (I think) Tldr: I’m really excited, and seeing that a new episode was out this morning when I woke up did wonders for my mental health

Hey Party, so happy to see this zoo! Just FYI you have a vendor assigned to the Centre work zone and the shops aren't included so I don't think they're actually doing anything at the moment! Might help with the money issue.. great job so far!

I've never clicked on a video so fast in my life. This series has meant so much to me over the last 5 months and that might be stupid. But its literally almost gotten me through my husband's deployment. Looking forward to each video has made the days go by so much faster. I'm so excited!

If this was a real zoo, there's need to be tall fences long the paths because saltwater crocs are able to launch at least half their body length out of the water. So if you have a 14 or 16 footer, it'd be easy for them to grab one of the guests. Make sure that lions, gorilla and elephants are animals you get once your money's getting close to 2 million. Even at grade 1 food, they take tens of thousands of dollars to feed.

Just finished watching, and I love the new zoo! Sometimes a fresh start is nice, but I have 3 things to say: 1: You should name the habitat "Camp Croc" or "Crocodile Camp" or something like that 2: At the section of path by the land in the habitat, you need to move the donations closer to the screen because it's too far away from where people are gathering. 3. I think the social issue might be because the female is sterile. Her age clock thing is in the red, which Im pretty sure means sterile, which would also be the reason they didn't have offspring. But other than that, can't wait to see what the new zoo beholds!

Hey party, love this zoo, the layout of this enclosure is amazing. I would suggest adding benches sooner rather than later as I saw a guest saying that they wished they could have stayed longer. Also if you are adding the exhibits I would suggest adding them on the right wing or bridge as that place is almost empty and the crocodiles do spend a good amount of time there. The donation boxes there would receive cash from the crocs and the snakes/roaches.

Congrats on the 101 ep milestone! So few creators are able to make series that can sustain this much energy and momentum so well done! It’s lovely to see a zoo in my backyard, if a bit odd to see a grassland in Tassie, our cold wet island state. Looking forward to see what comes next! I would suggest looking a bit more about the sizes of enclosures, and the space between them. While the decorations look good to us the guests can’t interact to them and it makes for long walk between places, this will be extra obvious to guests with mobility difficulties. Going to a zoo with a wheelchair and realising the first enclosure is 100m away and the next is a 1hr walk would be a bit stressful.

So happy the crocs are being featured it’s like every zoo that’s down here in Louisiana which is awesome

Welcome back. Hope you had a restful break. I forgot just how much i relied on the plant zoo updates just to switch off for an hour. Looking forward to being able to afford more enclosures too though hands up IRL I wouldn't be able to go anywhere near the crocs never mind walking over them. That's another story though.

Great episode! Couple of thoughts 1.Some things aren't in the work zone 2. Could the "Hard" Difficulty be the problem on why the people were fleeing in the beginning? Maybe on hardcore mode you cant do the "Walkthroughs" 3. I suggest getting the Snakes cause I love snakes! 4. I would love to see the beginning of Africa in the next session!

I'm so excited for this !!! I fell off midway last season (circa episode 63, been catching up slowly since graduating) due to college workload, but I'm glad to start fresh so I can play along with you this time around! Still a big fan of the video format you've been following, it's a good blend between slowing down and enjoying the game but also making progress with the time lapses. Glad to see you working more with terrain and elevation right off the bat, the water feature I think will lend itself well to a natural multi-leveled motif you can push through the rest of the park to maintain visual interest in such a big area of flat grassland. Also, thank you for taking the accessibility into consideration! I haven't seen a lot of builders thinking about those things but it definitely is an important component of making a realistic park that often gets overlooked even though a lot of people need those mobility options. Long comment but I can't wait to see what you do! Here's to the new season! :)

I don’t see many youtubers doing this but: I always find its good to have a couple exhibits at the beginning, cheap money making from how much the insects breed. I usually put them in before any habitat then work up money for building one, but I’m sure added some in now would still be useful.

Yay I'm glad Elite zoo south landed in Tasmania, a state I used to live in. Just a bit of info on the seas around Australia, the water between the island and the mainland is called Bass Strait and the water between the mainland and Papua New Guinea to the north is Torres Strait. Maybe putting vendors in a different work zone with access to more staff rooms will help mange them better. Eventually adding staff rooms near the entrance might be a good idea, it's a long walk for the vendors otherwise.

It's so weird and exciting at the same time to start over! Crocks were definitely the wise choice for the first animal. I really worry about the cash doh, so I think exhibit animals should be the choice. Even if they don't bring the big cash in case of donations, they procreate a lot and we all know - this cash flow could be useful if the Next Polar Bear Mafia will show up! I love how habitat looks, and with a little bit work and plants and some Party's magic (we all know you will make it magical at some point) the final effect already seems to be amazing, so keep going

I can not wait for you to do more live streams on Planet Zoo so I can bring back my arsenal of dad jokes! Can’t wait to see what comes next. I also was hoping to make it back into the series by getting myself named for a vet and eventually I will ask to sponsor an animal. Edit: I feel like a cool name for the new crocodile enclosure is saltwater salutations (because it is the entrance), or saltwater sanctuary and theme the area to be very peaceful and relaxed, maybe adding a boat ride to the enclosure either way.

I've had a rough couple of days, so every time I see an episode I get filled with joy and my problems seem to sweep my mind. XD Ps. It showed that the crocs mated a second time, maybe it was another misconception but it would be good to know if it worked out. :3 1:12:42

I feel like you're gonna want to add a lot of drink stands and fountains and foliage, make it look a bit cooler and cater to guests for the high temperatures

So happy this is back! It's looking like a great starting set-up with lots of opportunities! When you were fixing the enclosure you put the water level lower than it originally was. And remember to not put too much over the water like shops and exhibits or at least not too far over the water, as it will give more hinding spots and poorer viewing spots

Don't forget that benches count as accessibility! Also guests are less likely to leave due to exhaustion if they are well rested!

Irwin's entrance for the enclosure? Steve's station, Steve's Salties? I definitely think being in the location we are, and with the Salties, we definitely have to have some sort of homage to Steve. Or maybe a parkish education area dedication could be cool! Similar to Nakedra's memorial. I think getting the roaches in for a constant cash injection would be nice. The snakes wouldn't bring in as much, but I'm assuming the roaches would be similar to our Titan Beetles Sorry for the like 3 comments. I'm just freaking excited ❤️

Hi Party! So glad that we're back with the Elite Zoo Company again. Can't wait to see how EZS transforms over time. Not gonna lie, I was nervously watching the money go down and wondering when you'd stop xD but I'm glad to see you've pulled through!! 1. Firstly, names for the enclosure: Crocodile Central, Crock Dock or Crock & Roll (cause of the rolling hills around it HAHA) 2. Maybe the crocs aren't mating cause the female is old? Or maybe you wanna check the compare mates to see the percentage for offspring too! 3. I think going with exhibit animals could be good since we know they bring in the cash but I would also be happy to see either African or SA animals inside. Either way, I'm pretty much just excited for what's coming next! Can't wait for the next ep :D

Now that Planet Zoo has gotten bigger and better ... perhaps a new zoo should be in order? We need more Planet Zoo content! Particularly franchise content. You're the one who got me into this game and I wish that I had some updated Elite Zoo content to watch 😁

First of all, I love how big the entrance is going to be. Elite Zoo: North got so crowded after awhile. But, I think we should get the exhibit animals. Especially some that would make some really good cash injections. Then you go add another animal and update the entrance easier. I think another animal will then require extra money for feedings and such and that could be an added expense that takes you negative.

Cant wait for this season, the amazing builds and all the wonderful animals to come! Bring it on, also dont forget lights! It gets so dark at night. X

I found/subbed to this channel from the season 1 franchise zoo series. Haven’t caught up fully on that one yet, but I will; excited to see season 2 kicking off. Loving the Bannerlord series, you’re doing a great job with that one!

Keep the puns going, the dad jokes are real! great start. the fact that you were able to claw that back by the end of the episode just shows how much you learnt from some of the things that happened in EZ- North. names wise -info centre - in a while, crocodile? the Drinks - crocodile tears? the food - Croc burgers? "what a Croc....Lake" (for enclosure name).

im sooo excited for elite zoo south! now this could just be me but in my experience i always put in a herd animal next. (like llamas!) they're fairly easy to feed and they really don't need space. love the series!

I found you around the time you had 74ish episode and I decided I wanted to watch from the start, so I made it my goal to catch up. I did not manage to do so before season one ended so it was a nice surprise (and I absolutely abhor surprises) when I got a notification for this video. Don't forget the benches.
