Are you saying the relationship's dynamics change depending on the partners/persons Darakaraka? I have Mercury as mine and my ex partner had Mars. Now her current partner has Jupiter Darakaraka. Therefore would this mean she no longer would represent the characteristics of Mercury in the relationship but rather of Jupiter nature.

In a relationship, we behave according to the circumstances and how we are treated. Even an aggressive person will not be as aggressive when dealt with more calm and poise. A person does get influenced by the partner's daraka and at the same time attracts those characteristics in the partner as own darakaraka. However these are at a very generic level and a nos of factors such as 7th lord characteristics, malefics or benefics involved and current dasha and trasits etc influence behavior. Hence you would hear people saying that 'my partner used to be so aggressive at the time of marriage but has calmed down since then'

i think darakaraka is the actual relation than the temporary relation,but u have to look for mercury character in opposite person and also complete chart analysis may guide u to correct relation skipping the temporary.

It's interesting that you list Rahu/Ketu as possible Atmakaraka in that video, but not here for Darakaraka. I understand many astrologers don't consider Rahu/Ketu as Darakaraks citing ancient texts that don't list them. However, those same texts are not explicit in saying Rahu/Ketu cannot be considered. Many astrological texts where not written to record the teachings but only to aid those who were trained as disciples and know how to use the written teachings. This prevented those from just getting a hold of the texts and become an astrologer without having gone through initiation of a teacher. This approach to knowledge is different compared to this day and age with the moving towards the age of Aquarius where it is considered more appropriate to be explicit in the sharing of information in a sister/borther hood manner of free expression. Having said that, remember there are 8 karakas, so if we don't consider Rahu/Ketu as possibilities then it means two of the karakas can get assigned by the same planet, having 8 grahas available(counting Rahu/Ketu as one).

1. No, Rahu and Ketu are never darakaraka. 2. Retrograde planets more often than not gives opposite from direct. For example, Saturn direct gives older partner. Retrograde Saturn gives younger partner.

yes rahu and ketu can also be dk! Rahu ketu have same degrees see which of their lords have lower degrees and then you have it your dk. Retro planets dont always give opposite results it just lessens its results. I have saturn deb and retro at 3.1 degrees in aries in 5th house. General interpretation would be i wll have no relationships or very bad with older men. Tbh my all relationships did end but i had multiple relationships with men not older than 2-3 years. And they were not cold people! They were very good caring and very lovely ppl. Yes but they did end badly. They keep coming to me back and back due to retro saturn. My first ex was 5 yes elder to me he is engaged but still talks to me on frndly basis. My second ex also still hung over me. And all…same..yes i have karma to be paid to all these ppl who i did wrong in past births. Also my 5th lord is in 10th house maybe thats why they are still cordial.but retro planets carry lots of karma and everytime karma gets involved its not smooth. With saturn retro deb iln. 5th i had experienced one of the most painful relationships ever.

You can enhance the desirable results of negative planets by looking at positive sides of rahu and 6th house. With dk coming in 6th house withrahu ..you can marry a foreign culture spouse or someone who is a lawyer or a doc bevause moon is caring and rahu here in 6th house can mean so. If your spouse does not signify any of above i.e if u have an arranged marriage with same culture spouse it can give undesirable results

I know a lady who has moon7th Lord in 11th in scorpio not sure of her nakshatra rn but it is placed with rahu and she moved to belgium after marrying her nri spouse in an arranged marraige but now after she pregnant she came back to city of her husband which is still away from her home town, whatbi can say is your spouse could be some foreigner if its anuradha nakshatra. Not sure of vishaka,
