Hi Celine, thank you for creating this video, I watched from start till end LOL. I will be getting married next year and this video oddly gives me comfort. I am still in the beginning part of my wedding planning and I definitely learned alot from your experience. I think the service was alright, not as good as TGC but it’s good enough! The dresses are nice but I think not really my style. When I went to try there’s only 1 dress that I really liked and considered, but I think that’s just me.

I truly agree your opinion on BY. They have no customer service 😅 most of the staff simply give off “take it or leave it” attitude. Luckily I did not sign with them before I tried their dresses. Their dresses really are too small and mostly zip back. 😢

Hi you can book them once you’re sure of the date, no need to wait for a specific time. I tried 9 months in advance!

As a graduated bride, i felt quite alot of heartache for you, especially the part of choosing gowns. Thats the most important part of the whole wedding because if you do not like the dress, you wont feel happy, your mood for the whole day will not be good. I consider myself lucky as the bridal i sourced and chose didnt give me much problems, so watching this actually pains me 💔.

@@celinelimfyyeah it is good that you share this. The bridals that you went were actually the current popular trending ones where many bride-to-bes are raving about actually, i was recommended those as well but i chose to go to the more lowkey underrated ones which was the best decision i made.
