The homeowner knew she wanted to live in Islamorada. After countless house tours, she couldn’t find anything she wanted. Given the price points she was looking in, it made more sense to get exactly what she wanted custom-made. Everything is performed in-house to the extent we possibly can. Everything is watched by me constantly making little rounds. By doing that, I’m giving the project what it deserves.
You’re double-checking and you’re ensuring things are being built. Any man that does that for their client is giving the best product available. I love being at the shell and talking about the vision. You see all the raw structure. Yup, this is gonna be up and ready for HB Elements.
