Clarify ko lang po about sa contract here in UAE, an employee will only breach the contract if 1. He/she did not serve notice, 2. If he/she decides to leave the company within 1 year, then the employee is required to pay the employer (but it’s still under discretion between the employee and employer. if the employee serves 1 year and more she is entitled for a separation pay / gratuity. 3. Ban is no longer mandatory, even before 4 or 5 years ago. the employer will only impose ban if the employee did something wrong/ illegal that affect the company’s reputation. If na ban naman sya without serious reason, then the employee can file a counter case to the employee… Other than that you’re very informative, thank you I was watching this video because I and my husband is considering to immigrate in New Zealand, so we’re trying to get some information and learn how to immigrate to NZ. 😊

Hi ma'am. Thank you for a very informative video po. I am also a nurse working in UAE for 7 yrs now and am a thyroid CA survivor for 2 yrs now. Ask ko lng po sana how about po yung medical insurance po jan? Is it paid po ba by your employer or will it be self pay? Salamat po ma'am.
