Al revisar el proyecto, se me vienen a la mente varias formas de mejorar el aprovechamiento del espacio. La primera, en lugar de una recámara en planta baja, ampliaría el comedor y la cocina para construir una isla donde se ubique la estufa y el área de preparación de alimentos. La segunda, el cuarto de tv de la segunda planta, lo ampliaría hasta el costado de la casa, para construir un armario de blancos y otras cosas. La tercera, en lugar de sillones a un costado del living room, colocaría una mesa con sillas para tomar el té o pondría la barra de bebidas que van mejor junto a la piscina. La cuarta, en la recámara del fondo en la planta alta, que da hacia la piscina y el patio ampliaría el balcón en todo el techo de la cocina porque es un espacio desperdiciado; de la misma manera, ampliaría el tamaño del baño porque queda otro espacio muerto que se puede aprovechar. La quinta, en esa misma recámara, cambio la puerta del baño hacia el frente del lavabo, en lugar de conectar el baño con el clóset y le pondría una puerta independiente al clóset, ya que todo ese espacio está dentro de la misma habitación. La sexta, ampliaría el tamaño de la recámara de en medio de la segunda planta al hacer más grande el cuarto de la tv.

um projeto lindo maravilhoso eu só faria algumas modificações lá fora colocaria a mesa mas pro canto da parede e faria a piscina em L , nos quarto só vi um quarto com TV a pesar que tem uma sala de TV no andar mas eu mudaria só a pré disposição dos móvel pra cabe um rack com TV.

For the Kitchen, With the US fridge against the wall you canot open it. No grill under or above the ovens column. So Ovens won't appreciate it and no warranty

Интересно. Но только для стран с умеренным или тёплым климатом. В России и стран с похожим климатом на зиму места для авто должны быть крытыми, во входной группе место для верхней одежды и под обувь🤔
