Hi! I planted a Bobo hydrangea in late May/early June for Mother’s Day. My flowers are only blooming on the front half of the shrub. Any idea why? They’re also not white anymore, just brown and kind of crunchy! I just gave it some miracle grow flower food. Any tips are appreciated!

Hi there! There are a few things that could be going on with your hydrangea. I'd suggest giving us a call so we can help you troubleshoot and see if we can get your Bobo blooming. Our number is 203-488-2110. You can ask to speak with someone in our tree and shrub department and they should be able to assist.

I bought 3 of these last week, but could not plant them right away, but now 2 of them dried up a little and leaves are all brown and some flowers dried up too, can I still pot them on ground or buy new ones?

I just planted 7 bobos! The tag says 2.5-3 feet tall but these look a lot taller than that. How tall are these? I would love it if they get this tall.

Hi Stephanie! I think 4x4 is fairly common, and the ones pictured here are a little overgrown (they're due for a trim), though they shouldn't get larger than what you see here. These were planted on a little bit of an incline, which is making them seem a little taller than they actually are.

@@VanWilgens If they get to be 4x4 I would be so happy. I am planting 3ft shrubs and grasses in front of the row of bobos in hopes that the bobo will get 4 feet tall and wide. :)

@@stephaniegraves2935 Fingers crossed! The ones featured in the video were planted about five years ago, so you might have to give it a little time before yours reach a similar size. Good luck!

i know she said their shouting but warning turn ur volume down lol. i wanted to say i think the audience should know that in this video she said full sun as one of the options however i dont feel thats accurate i think one thing to consider is where you live and what zone u are for example i am a zone 6b and this year we had scorching hot summer and im so thankful my bobo hydrangea was in more of a shady area that gets mostly filteres light bc it would have completely burned up like my gmas did in the son and she has been wanting to move her for a while bc she feels it just doesnt do as nice in full son. so i say take this into consideration and do some investigation around ur property to decide the best option for where to plant your bobo hydrangea
